Connie Schneider

Connie Schneider - Stage Manager

Connie was raised in a small town in Nebraska by parents who sang, loved to dance, bought records of all the Broadway musicals and never failed to take Connie to the annual High School musical production. Her next door neighbor just happened to be the local college's Head of the Performing Arts Department so from an early age Connie was able to be in local summer musical productions. Being the “bossy” oldest of the neighborhood she organized a summer garage production of the Wizard of Oz involving all the neighbor kids. It was a natural progression for Connie to become a member of church and school choirs and the High School Performing Arts group where she reached a goal of directing a play and performing the lead in the annual musical her senior year.

After spending 32 years on the west coast, raising 3 children with her husband, Connie has semi-retired in another small town. She has spent her life as an LPN, Mortgage Loan Funder, Wife, Mother and now Grandmother. Connie was instrumental in bringing the monthly Blues Jam to Turner Hall, volunteers for the local Farmers Market and the River Rats.

Connie enjoys holding her grandchildren, gardening, crocheting, reuse/re-purpose projects and is trying to learn to paint.
